On December 26, 1996, six year old JonBenet Ramsey was reported missing by her mother Patsy Ramsey after she found a ransom note. Later that day, her husband John discovered Jonbenet’s lifeless body in the basement of their mansion in Boulder, Colorado. She had been brutally strangled, hit over the head and even sexually assaulted. Jonbenet’s violent and heinous murder has become one of the most famous unsolved cases in America since the news first broke of what happened to an innocent child. In the first ten years that followed the murder, the Boulder police and people all over the country believed that Patsy was the one who had killed JonBenet. They believed she killed her in a fit of rage because had wet her bed the night of her death which was a continuing problem prior to the crime.
